With all the barbecues, picnics, and family reunions, we've got food on the brain.  With

Margaret Fulton, influential Australian food writer, journalist, and presenter. She was 
cookery editor of 'Woman's Day' and known for the best-selling book 'The Margaret 
Fulton Cookbook.'

James Hemmings, first American to train as a chef in France. Chef to President Thomas 
Jefferson. He is sometimes credited with introducing the macaroni and cheese dish to 
American palates.

Wallace McCain, co-founded McCain Foods, one of the world's largest frozen food 
companies, with his brother Harrison.

Maurice "Mac" McDonald. Yes, that McDonald. Along with his younger brother, Richard, 
founded the original McDonald's restaurant. He is known for having created the Speedee 
Service System, a method that became the standard for the fast-food industry.

Paul Prudhomme, celebrity chef and restaurateur most responsible for bringing Cajun 
cuisine to the world's table along with a delicious line of Chef Paul Magic spices for the 
home cook.

Justin Wilson, affectionately known as 'the Cajun Chef,' was a culinary icon and humorist 
whose vibrant personality and authentic Cajun cuisine left an indelible mark on the 
culinary world.

bank robbers, boxers, comedians, detectives, pro hockey players,  singers and
musicians, painters, physicians, politicians, poets, popes, writers.  I guess that 
I am a collection of all of them, as we ALL are.
