If your Gedcom is too large, you can use Family Tree Maker to shorten it.

I have a paid version of it, but I think you can use it for free.

Once you import your Gedcom to that software, you can export any branch to a smaller 
Gedcom with just the branch that you want to upload to WikiTree.

It ties into your Ancestry.com account to get any hints.

If you use it and want to know how to export as a Gedcom, there is a searchable index 
that you can use to instruct you.
