The June, 2023 issue of The Modern Square is released today, May 15,
2023. The PDF file for it is now available on the ASSDF website at
https://www.arkansassquaredance.com/the-modern-square -- and the print
copy has been released to the printer, Arkansas Printing, in Pine Bluff.
It should arrive in subscriber's mailboxes just before the first day of
June, if all goes well.

The print edition for June, 2023 is 24 pages...with 101 pages for the
e-Edition, with nearly 75 photos that were obtained via the various
club Facebook groups. Not all photos were used, but one can go to the
various Facebook groups to see all the photos, as well as the videos.
Had the Facebook photos NOT been used, there would've been ZERO photos
in the e-Edition this month.

The reason the print edition is a bit larger, is because of an oversight
at Arkansas Printing, which resulted in the April, 2023 issue not being
printed...I combined excerpts from several club reports from that month
into the June, 2023 issue. No changes were done to the e-Edition.

While active dancing for me anymore is EXTREMELY RARE (especially since I
no longer drive, due to vision issues), I am content to work behind the
scenes for the ASSDF, as Editor, Webmaster, and Circulation Chairman...as
well as Reporter and Chaplain for the Maverick Mixers Club in Little Rock.

The "back print edition" (2 months old, to prevent non-subscribers from
getting it in a timely manner), is for April, 2023. The link for that
is on the same page. The previous print edition (March, 2023) has been
removed from the ASSDF website.

A copy of available e-Editions is also available in the specific file
area here on The Thunderbolt BBS, with the filename msqr####.pdf --
where #### is the month (01-12) and year (last 2 digits) of the issue.
A PDF utility is required to view the files.

Work on the July, 2023 issue will begin around June 10, with the deadline
for items for it on June 14. Reminder Renewal Letters for the print
subscriptions expiring with the July, 2023 issue, will be mailed out in
early June.
