I re-watched a couple of episodes last night. Interesting premise -
Earth is dying and colony ships are traveling to a habitable planet.
The first ship created a town, dealt with a plague, and is thriving.
Another ship arrives and adds more people to the town.

There are regular colonists who stay in-town, , Expeditionarys (people
who are trained to explore the planet on foot, and a group called
cultivars that were shunned - we don't know much about them, but they
live outside the city.

It was only on for one season. Interesting, I would have liked to see
how it would have progressed.
