Just watched it last night. I thought this was going to be a  
standard 90 min movie.. but turned out to be 2 hrs.  :(

The gutshot effects + "live" blood splatter was pretty good.

I had trouble understanding Mr Jason Statham most of the time.  
He seemed to mumble.

I was wondering how the story was going to deal with his  
character's origin..

I suppose the film deals with a small part of Mr H's life as he  
investigates the death of his son and who was responsible.. so  
his own background isn't necessary?  But the scene where..

Overall, not a bad story. It's not much different from similar  
films that involve a main character that we get to know very  
little about as we partake in his journey to settle a score.

Thanks for mentioning the film.  But I think some other actor  
might have been a more convincing Mr H.
