I find parallel universe theory amusing. The series sounds  
interesting though. A lot of viewers seemed to think it was  
well done.  Thanks for the heads-up on that one.

As to why it was cancelled, I found this:

"Starz COO Jeffrey Hirsch addressed the cancellation at the TCA  
summer press tour and admitted that the show's audience was
