It is, IMO, Ab> the best first season of Trek we've had since TOS. I think the first season of Strange New Worlds was really good, though I still feel like there have been too many Star Trek prequels now (especially ones in the Kirk era). Enterprise was the first Star Trek prequel, and I think it was interesting and should have gone longer, but then there was the JJ Abrams reboot Star Trek movies with Kirk and his crew, and then Discovery (just 10 years before the original series), and now Strange New Worlds (though it is a good series). Recently I've heard they're planning another Star Trek series based on Starfleet Academy in the 32nd century, after Discovery season 5 concludes. For a long time, I've thought it would be good to see a movie or TV series featuring the Enterprise B or C, since we only ever saw those once each. The 'Lost Era' seems like a big opportunity that that they haven't developed. Nightfox --- SBBSecho 3.20-Linux * Origin: Digital Distortion: digdist.synchro.net (21:1/137) .
