I actually get what you are saying there. It does in many ways feel that way. In many ways, the TOS ship was more akin to what I saw in the Navy. Smaller cramped spaces and not much in th way of color (aka most things were a shade of grey)> SNW's Enterprise is much bigger I think you can blame the recent moveies for that. At the end of the day, thought I'm just rolling with it. After all it's just a TV show.
