I am afraid the best ones are Spain only, and are slowly migrating to bluray
(which I despise).

I get a lot of stuff from Oldies.com, but only because I am a sucker for old
movies and series of the 50s. They have plenty DVDs which are no region
locked, and offer discounts for bulk purchases. The bad news is shipping may
get expensive.
