You may be referring to The IT Crowd, a classic. They got a lot of things right, from Roy's Mantra ("Hello, IT, have you tried turning it off and on again?") to the set dressing of the IT office (looked almost exactly like the "batcave" at a previous employer) and the relationship manager who doesn't know computers - at all. The guy who did Black Mirror did a show in the mid 2000s called "Nathan Barley" that's a nice parody of the current internet and influencer culture - done in the early 2000s.
