I originally had two twin TV cards in a computer running mediaportal.
Everything like tv (both live and recorded) was great. Watching a MP4 etc
movie file, and even real DVD's.. Netflix was a hack though, along with the
TV guid data..

I switched to the Fetch box about four years ago, after having isses with
the above setup and not wanting to bugger around with it to get it going.

I still have a antenna on the roof! I'll look through the TV guide and mark
things to get recorded, or when skipping the adds see a mention of a show.
I'll then go and mark it as well.
