That's a nice run.  How's the body holding up?  Have you had it  
undercoated every year?

I only noticed corrosion started along the lower edges of ONE  
door 5 years ago. I probably should have started undercoating  
THEN.

The rotors would tend to corrode with infrequent driving. I  
suppose those (and calipers) have been replaced on that Corolla  
a few times?

Yeah.. There is point when repairs seem to be more frequent  
than long stretches of hassle-free driving.
