Try a little fine compound. Lightly rub it in to see if the scratch pulls out.. If not then try rubbing compound and see if that does it.. If neither work, then get a body shop to touch it up for you OR just buy a touch up tube and lightly apply a couple of coats of paint.. Then after a day or so use the fine compound to take off the excess paint and hopefully both smoothen it out and hopefully match the paint..
