But I thought all aspects of a recall should not cost the owner anything. My 12yr old Rav4 has recently had a rear suspension, 2x shocks, 4x rotors, 2 isolators, 2 calipers, and 4x brakepads replacement diagnosis. Estimate = $2900 The work was done in about 8 hours. It was announced ready today (Friday), but when they went to back it out of the work bay, the brake line burst - due to excessive corrosion somewhere. I'm without a vehicle for at least until Monday when they may or may not get the parts they need. --- OpenXP 5.0.50 * Origin: Ogg's WestCoast Point (21:4/106.21) .
