Kroger/Fry's Food gives you 10 cents off per gallon on one fillup for every
$100 you spend. Sometimes they have 2x or more promotions for those points,
so once a month we have a fillup of at least 40 cents off per gallon.
Sometimes more. It's rare that we have more than one a month, though.
