The parts shortage issue is making my time at a leading auto makers call 
center very unplesant. They need to come up with reasonable solutions to 
protect customer loyalty AND offer some reasonable alternatives to get these 
customers taken care of. 

I know its not fun having your car inopertable. I wish I could make these 
parts magically appear.
