I had considered replacing the pathetic OEM radio/cd player in  
my Rav4 many years ago (all because the RANDOM mode for the CD/ 
mp3 player was not a proper "random"!  ..but that's a different  
story)  But the dash has a curvature that precludes installing  
a 3rd-party brand.

At 600 bucks for the radio, I would expect to live in that  
vehicle, or expect to use it everyday for several hours to be  
worth the expense.  ;)
