Cool, you sound pretty active. :) I've completed my transition, with my distance range mainly 100-400 metres, with the occasional 60m at state and national Masters meets. Early signs from last Saturday are that I appear to have compensated for a year of ageing, but yet to prove any actual improvement in my actual times - they started out about the same as last year (but slightly better age grading ;) ). But it's early in the season, and I don't think I've fully integrated my specialised off season training yet (which will require a lot more repetition). I did finish my winter season on a good note with a 5k PB of 23:31 2 weeks ago - a time I certainly haven't seen in the past 20 years, if ever. A combination of good fitness, a fast, but not perfectly flat course and a well timed coffee appear to be the winning combination! :D I was never great at distance, but slowly improving with age. More built for speed. :) .... A continuing flow of paper is sufficient to continue the flow of paper. === MultiMail/Win v0.52 --- SBBSecho 3.10-Linux * Origin: Freeway BBS Bendigo,Australia freeway.apana.org.au (21:1/109) .
