I was not aware that the state troopers would write it up that way, though! There is a road off of US 460/KY 80 somewhere between Pikeville and Elkhorn City that is not really too crooked, but it is not much more than one lane for two-way traffic, and the people who live on it have such shallow yards that some of their fences run right up against the road.
