From the video and reports I've seen they had some engines decide to not
work. The thing left a big whole in the launchpad, and concreate was seen
flying around... Bet some of that went up into the rocket making a few dints
into the plumbing.

At least it got off the pad and went up for some time before it went kaboom.

So it was really a great test for a first go.
