We were close to a big General Motors facility, so they often "donated" old
equipment.  Mostly they were looking for a way to dispose of old stuff and take
a tax write off, I think.

I got the same kind of power supply.  It took months for the DC transformer
to get shipped.  But it went together quickly.

I was shocked to see that the Level 2 system powered up with only minor
problems.  But I was really shocked when the Level 1 system powered up with no
problems.


.... Of course I have backup tapes!  Do you want last years?
