Yeah, but people want the general public seeing their site. To attract new users. I don't really see that idea working unless you start a new net with specifically those requirements. Then all it takes is one sysop to not follow the rules, and it's all for nothing - sure you can remove them from the network, but you can't take back the history of messages he's rescanned and made available. I don't really see the point though, if some one really wants information on you, they can just sign up to your secret network - it might be a few more steps than typing your handle and fsxnet into google, but easily done. I just think people need to get in the mindset that BBSing isn't "underground" or "secret" but rather just "alternative" and then not post anything that they thing they would regret later on.
