I have an IP filter in front of the BBS and when the BBS detects a malicious
login attempt, it tells the filter to start blocking that IP. I had failed to
put any sort of time out in my blocking code, so once blocked the IP was
always blocked. I've changed the code to unblock after 5 minutes, so please
try again.

(To be clear, it blocks the IP for trying to login as root or another well
known username because I get hundreds of bots trying to log in each day.)
