Actually, all of us that have a board listed on telnetbbsguide have a dialup
option :). Just use one of the dialup access numbers from 2600.network and
log in with the BBS name as the username and password.

For mine, you have to type out publicelectronicnetworkedinformationsystem
for both without typo'ing :D.
