KA9Q is a TCP stack and suite of applications that'll run on anything from an
XT upwards on top of DOS.  Oddly enough, and I didn't know this until know it
started life on CP/M and also has an Acorn Archimedes port.

I remember POP3 mail, telnet, ftp, not sure what else it does now off the top
of my head. AX.25 for packet radio...

Most of its functionality is going to be covered by mTCP but it'll run on the
sniff on an oily rag, with very minimal overhead.
