The problem is not the technology, and the fact that anyone can 'produce' at low cost these days is amazing. Though much of it is not particularily 'high' quality material. The idea of this whole 'information age' is to share thoughts, and ideas across the globe. To bring people closer together in the spirit of mutual cooporation. To learn more about others and expand our own horizons But today it is a "look at me" system. It is geared towards everyone trying to become 'famous' or 'viral'. There are simply too many 'producers' of silly content and too many consumers without much (any?) critical thinking skills.. INMO ....
