LOL, that is funny.  All they had to do was look for the foreign object
that you easily found.
 
³ Best thing was that I found replacement ink for $12/set on Amazon. No

That is a win for sure.  I like my old DeskJet but the carts dry out so
easily.  They are no longer available from HP but there are somewhat
affordable replacements still being made.
