I had a selection of 16s and 21Mhz boards once. The best of which I had a
crack at overclocking.. I think the best is could manage was ~23Mhz.  I don't
know what the lowest speed part of the thing was tough.. I suspect the
memory, it took both DIP chips and SIPPs... neither of which were real speed
demons.  If you're used to a 20/21Mhz 286  I don't think you'll notice much
in the difference for a 25 for most stuff that it runs..

PS: 21Mhz versions were pretty common here. At least in the circles I moved.
