As I sit here on a gen 1 Pentium laptop which I ended up installing Alpine onto because it was the only one I could find that would install on that old of a chip :( Maybe I'm being super thick but it seems like half the packages aren't available in Alpine for x86 32 bit. I'm jamming apk files on via serial because it can't figure out my PCMCIA network card and there's no lrzsz package available so I'm having to hand-uu-encode-decode everything.
