Ah..  yes, I can relate to that, to a certain extent. There was  
a period when I was tasked to find a Linux solution to an old  
pc. It was fun testing different distros to find the right  
match for the hardware and ensure it met the user's needs.

But for me, the OS doesn't matter as much as having a system  
that is reliable and that supports the different things that I  
need to get done.
