UGH. Good memories. :) Funny thing, I don't remember hearing about Synchronet in the 90s.. The first time I'd heard about Synchronet was in 2007 when I was looking for new BBS software to run a BBS again. I don't think there were any BBSes in my area using Synchronet in the 90s (that I saw, anyway). I don't remember seeing the ads either, though I probably didn't look where it was advertised.
