Nice! I think this is a next weekend project for me as well.

I am not set in stone yet but I believe I'll do:
1. Linux (main BBS, mailer, etc)
2. Win7 x86 /or/ WinXP (undecided)
3. ArcaOS - can this run in its own VM without needing VirtualBox?
4. Something for Amiga stuff
5. Something for Apple stuff
6. Something for Atari stuff

For me, honestly, I purchased ArcaOS and haven't touched it so I just want to use it.

As far as Amiga is concerned, I'm a bit torn...I may go the route you're talking about, but I /may/ see if it's possible to set up Amithlon in its own VM and run that since I will just be using it for BBS related things.
