I'm not sure if I can call today's Internet mature. Technologies and capabilities are for sure mind blowing comparint to what we had in the 90s.

But content wise? Back then it was all about content to be distributed as it is. before Google it was a bit of a challenge to find everything but still diversity of content was exceptional beyond measure.

Now it's all about milking on your attention while there is actually little valuable content in most popular web traffic jams you can encounter.
