Heh, you're lucky it didn't just decide to go nuclear and coat the interior
of the power supply with goo.. like any capacitor the eletrolyte dries out..
then they get a bit shorty and cook themselves.. There's usually only two
types in the PS X or Y I forget which is which but it depends on where they
sit.  New RIFA's assuming thats what you got are meant to be solid and in
theory won't continue the legacy of letting the smoke out.
