i'd be more inclined to tack more echos onto an existing net if i were doing
it.. the catch 22 is mostly the same though.. for example, if you create an echo about car stuff, suddenly the huge 3 month long thread about cars dries up.. you can see the amount of traffic the retro area gets here and on fidonet. will a net with 10 echos of that further broken out gain any traction? it seems it's died quite a few times already.
