Around 1990-1991, I was using a Kaypro laptop that was borrowed..  It had a monochrome screen and I believe a 286 processor, and I'm not sure how much RAM. I remember it had MS-DOS 5.0 on it, and I remember playing some games on it (Microsoft's gorilla.bas, for instance).
