Ya, it's sad.  This is why I always recommend that people update their vintage
hardware to use floppy emulators - especially if they like to use them a lot
and they have 5.25" drives.

The clock is running out on 5.25" floppy disks and 3.5" disks aren't that far
behind.


.... I'd love to, but my bathroom tiles need grouting.
