This site has online emulators... scroll down and you'll find the Apple IIe; I used this site to help me learn how to load softwares. It has several different 'disks' that you can load up; and in its documentation gives you some how-to's on Apple IIe commands and their syntax.

I've since forgotten, but it did get me going on the Apple IIe platform.
