depends on what you do.. there are some very practical uses for those extra
cores.

pointing at the topic there, part of why i liked OS/2 back in the day was i
could game on it 24/7 and none of my bbs users had any clue.

i don't think i could go back to less than a fairly recent 8c/16t.. it's just too fun to have that limitless feeling from when i ran OS/2 back again :D
