They're not going to care... all they'll do is image whatever they have for you and it's up to you to figure that out. So whatever kind of "storage account" you have set up with whatever cloud provider you have out there will be restored. The structure of that data is not their concern, it's yours. If you have that structured out to "emulate" a dozen floppy drives, that's what you'll get back when they restore a backup.
