Forming COOP plans was my bread and butter for a decade, so planning for recovery has become ingrained. I used to run a 1/4 rack at home for streaming years ago, built with failover in mind. Electricity bills soon made that an expensive overkill, lol! Now I just use cloud services. For my personal machines, I take weekly images and save them to removable solid state media. Except this retro gaming machine I'm using right now, and I just do a weekly clone to a second internal HDD. > I'm thinking I might add a friend or family member for an "off-site" > backup as well.
