I'll let the people I know about this since they are still a bit hard to find.  If you want awesome emulation can't beat the SteamDeck.  If you want to hold it you can, if not dock it and use it on a TV.  If you only want emulation get the $400 version and add an SD Card.  I have a credit card that holds SD cards.
