When I first read that subject, I was all ready for someone with an AT board
and a circular saw...

I can't say I've seen to many "project" boards.  But as Clint says "A mans
got to know his limitations" and surface mount components are perenially
beyond me, I'd have trouble seeing them these days.

Can't supply the details, but I have seen the odd board come around before
fully assembled, but they tended to get expensive for what they were at the
time.

It does look interesting though.
