Just thought I would take a moment and share a gopher site where the author has
web browsers that are patched with TLS1.0 and 1.2 with new SSL certs. These
browsers are compatible with Windows 98.

Browsers are:

K-Meleon (Patched with TLS1.2)

RetroZilla (Patched with TLS1.0)

SeaMonkey is also on there, not sure if it is patched to TLS1.2
