Yes and no. #0(

I had to purchase a "kit" to get it. The Pi, PSU, Case, SD Card, HDMI
cable, all in one transaction.

Oh, this was the cable at fault. Two other cables purchased locally work
fine. It also was not working with a Asus monitor and two different TV's,
and two different pi's...  *&%^%$

At least the unit for the client is isnstalled and working displaying the
information in full screen 1920x1080 as it should, and no bits cut off.
