That's got to be either cheap components or bad design, and either way they
shouldn't be rated if they can't supply.  Even if its peak load, that ought
to be labeled for that as well as constant load.

Still not going to run with the don't push it, I don't get with the leave a
spare amp in the wings... However I'm not going to argue with the $ vs
quality though... you "always" get what you pay for, well 95% of the time
anyways.
