The problem with a lot of phone chargers is that they can't sustain the
Amp's long enough and start playing up.

The ideal way to go is if a device say's 3amp required, get a 4amp. If it
say's 2amp's get a 3amp.

That gives the power supply breating room so to speak, and it's not
working at max capacity to supply the requred amp's. The best idea is to
not push the psu past 80% capacity.
