The problem with a lot of phone chargers is that they can't sustain the Amp's long enough and start playing up. The ideal way to go is if a device say's 3amp required, get a 4amp. If it say's 2amp's get a 3amp. That gives the power supply breating room so to speak, and it's not working at max capacity to supply the requred amp's.
