That seems weird to me, but honestly I myself haven't actually listened to music from a CD in more than 15 years (except for one time a few years ago when I bought a used CD and listened to some of it in my car on my way home before ripping it).  I still like to buy music on CD, but I'll rip it and copy the music files to my various devices to be played.
