You can request to download your data by:
Login to Spotify on Web => Settings => Privacy Settings => Download Your Data
=> Request

For me it took ~ 3 days to get an email to download a zip. But it contains
your Streaming History of past year and a bunch of other things. (I just
wrote a simple JS program to tally all the counts by artist / song of the
StreamingHistory.json)
