No idea... there's a slim possibility its a fault in the file system. I have
NFS running in ASYNC for speed, but it means that writes are not confirmed.
Meaning it could be the next file operation begins before the last write is
finished, perhaps truncating the TZUTC line...

This seems unlikely though, as I can see the TZ line appear in other
messages, or its hit and miss. I'll have to find some JAM utils that function
in hmm WIN7 and have a look at the message bases themselves to get any
further details.
